Throughout the course, I have developed a deeper understanding of the professional responsibilities of a Licensed Practical Nurse, including the importance of culturally safe care, ethical practice, and leadership within the healthcare team. Reflecting on course content and clinical experience, I have identified areas where further growth is needed to support safe, competent, and person-centered practice.
